We do mistakes at times but it doesn't mean we can fix them every time. This client wanted to get her boyfriends name and as always we warned her several time because it is a permanent thing. But than she got it done from one of our artist. And than after few months she wanted a cover up from us. This is the final output. Always think twice before you get something permanent.
